Martin Jean & Jackson is pleased to announce that two of our firms’ attorneys have been recognized in the latest edition of Super Lawyers!
- Partner Scott R. Jackson was selected to the list of Super Lawyers for his work in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, and Civil Litigation. This is the 13th consecutive year Scott has been named to the prestigious Super Lawyers list.
- Attorney Michael O’Rear was selected to the Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars, which recognizes top-rated attorneys who’ve been in practice 10 years or less or are 40 years of age or younger. This is the third consecutive year Michael has been named to the Rising Stars list.
Selection to the annual Super Lawyers publication is one of the legal industry’s most significant accomplishments.
To earn inclusion, attorneys are vetted using a patented, multi-phase selection process weighted heavily on peer review. This includes formal nominations, editorial evaluations, and surveys designed to capture the feedback of fellow leading lawyers. Candidates are ultimately evaluated on over a dozen criteria of success, including representative results, client reviews, and stature in their legal communities.
Given Super Lawyers’ stringent selection process, no more than 5% of practicing attorneys in each region are named to the final Super Lawyers list. Just 2.5% are named to the list of Rising Stars.
